To be honest, can't say I've taken much notice of the missing O. I took this one because it holds a memory when I did the Coast to Coast in 1993 with ex-girlfriend. We had a long day's walk from Reeth and our over-night was camping at the White Swan, Danby Wiske. The weather was very hot, we reached Streetlam and my ex was burning up and I sat on that stile thinking what to do. In the end, I went to one of the cottages and asked for a glass of water. All in all, ex was taken to the White Swan in a car (I walked) I phoned the White Swan for a twin bed room. When I got there, ex was propping the bar up with a pint of lager in her hand.
