OK - where was this photo taken by me a couple of weeks ago? (The 4 people in shot were in my walking group so no privacy infringed).

What happened to the other three, they are off picture? Is there a vital clue missing? It wouldn't be Ingleton would it? Wherever it was it looked a fine day out, crisp and clear and above the mist.

The other three were a bit slower than me - look down the path and you can see them near the wall. It is not Ingleton but not a bad guess. The weather all the way to the start point was freezing fog - it was minus 5 in the valley but as we walking up to the summit the sun broke through and the fog started to shrink further down the valley. It was a clear crisp day and the boggy bits further along our route were frozen so it was a pleasure walking on the usually boggy ground. I'll post a few more photo's when it is guessed as I'm sure it will be. I know that several of you members have been there.

I'd better make an appointment with the optician. My eyesight is not what it used to be!!

Looks like up on the Pennines somewhere? North or South of Ingleton - I've still got 3 days left to look on google

Ok - no takers so I'll reveal - it's just approaching the summit of Pen Y Ghent with Ribblesdale in the valley and the edge of Pendle Hill in the cloud to the far left of the photo.
