Hi folks,

A bit ambitious and this but I was wondering if any of you knew of any walking to be done in reaching distance of Paris? We're going there on holiday there in the Spring and it would be great to incorporate a nice walk or two in amongst the city sights...not that we'll be completely sedentary (got a nice long walking tour of the Paris sewer system lined up ;))

Our accommodation in Paris is in the 20th arrondissement, so quite far to the West, would that make it more likely that we could get our hiking boots on??

I have been told that this is a prime city for segways and their enthusiasts...I might have to take a blunt object!
