My long delayed journal writeup for the walk I took in May 2010 is now uploaded by courtesy of Lonewalker. http://www.gregginsonoma.walkingplaces. ... wintro.php

This is a walk I devised to take advantage of the many adjacent high ridges and mountains east and west of the standard Cumbria Way route. It resulted in a very challenging and satisfying variation of the low level CW walk for those who want to kick their walking up a notch. If anyone decides to duplicate the walk, I would love to hear from you.
